One contractor, start to finish
Every trade on your job is done by a contractor licensed for it, under our contract. That is what makes accountability mean something. If it leaks, you call us.
One itemised number
Every proposal names its materials. You should be able to look up the underlayment we quoted and read its spec sheet. If a contractor won't tell you the brand, there's a reason.
A warranty in writing
Warranty coverage depends on the products and application on your job. We'll walk you through the manufacturer and workmanship terms in your quote.
Licensed and insured
The paperwork.
Local Boys Contracting LLC is licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors as a general building contractor, ROC #368084, and is bonded and insured. Ask any contractor for their number and check it on the ROC website before you sign anything, including us.
How a job runs
Four steps, every time.
Inspection, then an itemised scope and number, then the build, then a final walk with you on the ground. Nothing gets covered up that you haven't seen photographed first. It's the same sequence whether it's a repair or a full replacement.
