Everything else the house needs.
Roofing is most of our work and it's what we're known for. It's also how we end up doing the rest. You can't replace a roof without noticing the fascia, the stucco, and the patio that's been sagging for three years.
Six trades, one contractor
One contract, one contractor, one number to call.
The advantage of a general contractor isn't that we do everything. It's that nobody gets to point at somebody else when something goes wrong. One contract covers the work, and one contractor answers for all of it. Every trade on your job is done by a contractor licensed for it, under our contract.
HVAC
An aging AC shows itself in the attic and on the roof, where we already are. Evaluation and replacement through a licensed HVAC partner.

One contractor, one schedule.
Most homes that need a roof need something else too, and the something else is usually adjacent to the roof. The fascia the gutters hang off, the stucco where the flashing ties in, the AC on the roof, the attic underneath it. Doing it in one visit costs less than doing it in three, and it means one person is accountable for where the work meets.
If all you need is the roof, we'll do the roof. We're not going to go looking for more work.
